I am practicing Brain Wave Vibration every day. I tend to make a very big movement. The bigger motion I make, the more I think I did it very hard. Well, after I read a blog post by Ilchi Lee’s fan about Brain Wave Vibration, I found out that a big motion is not always the right way.
Today while I do the brain wave vibration training, I opened my eyes half and took a look at others. They were only gently shaking their head and their mouths were half-open. They looked very relaxed and well. After the training, they shared with great satisfaction.
I think the thing is focus and relaxation, rather than how big you move your head or body. When you just think about this, it’s a very simple principle and guideline, but when you actually do it, it is not always easy to do it.
